“Contributions to Odom for Council are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state income tax purposes.  Contributions from corporations, business entities, labor unions, professional associations, or insurance companies are prohibited. An individual may contribute $4,000 per election. Couples may contribute $8,000 per election from a joint account, but such a contribution requires both signatures.”

All contributors contributing over $50 for the election must be reported with the name of the contributor, the address and occupational information.
